We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or change a scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the service.

Cell Phones | Please Silence
As the spa is one of the last remaining sanctuaries of silence and serenity, please respect our policy of no cell phones or texting.

Check In | 15 Minutes Prior To Your Scheduled Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow for a spa intake form and to change. For future appointments, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your allotted time may be shortened to allow us to stay on schedule.

Children
As a courtesy to our other clients, we ask for children to please remain at home.

Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Return Policy
Bel Viso Day Spa wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We can sample most products that you may be considering. You may return unused, packaged items within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. If there is an issue, and it is verified with your technician, product may be returned for a refund if less than 20% is used and it is less than 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the product may be returned for store credit if less than 20% is used.
